A great job to have if you love the outdoors, sports and working with people is becoming a golf trainer. If you would like to become a golf trainer, there are a few things you must do. First you should decide how much to spend on a certification course. There are a lot of certification courses available these days that vary in price. Also investigate what is offered with each course for the money. And beware of crazy promises from schools; you do not want to be taken for a ride when your money is on the line. You definitely should be able to play golf and understand all the rules. Most of the time the certification courses require a minimum golf course score to be certified as a golf coach. You can always call the Professional Golfers Association for references for coaching certification schools. Select a certification course or school. The content and price for these types of courses can vary between programs. Another point to figure out is whether you want to train children, elderly, high school aged kids or just anyone who walks through the door. This can focus you on specific goals that need to be obtained from the certification training. And always you should love what you do, so having a love for the game is always the number one thing to have!
